1) The participants will be divided in delegations consisting of 2 people representing the 20 members of G20.
2) Those 20 members will be aligned into 5 alliances previously established.
3) The alliances will be constituted as following:

​4) During the committee work on the first day the delegations will have to research and elaborate a final communique.

5) This communique has to be finished at the end of the first day to be handed out to the other delegations and chairs.
6) The second day will be used to analyze the communiques of other alliances.
7) At the General G20 Meeting proposed communiques will be under discussion in order to create one final communique to which all agree.
8) The final communique has to be signed by all participating members.
